Thanks for sharing. That looks great. However the big question (for me) is: how many articles can this fulltime writer write per month? What quality? Can this person also spin articles properly?

That would be like over 1000 articles in a year! That would be enough to make over 30 websites.

Sorry, I listened to the 2nd and 3rd video just now, so my questions got answered already. Yeah, that sounds really cool. Though for anybody reading, don´t forget about adding a native english editor for the after-touch... But if a skilled person can do 20 articles per hour for 10$ that doesn´t sound too bad either. I'll ask my girl... lol her name is May... I'll ask her if I can post her sample article for you guys to take a gander at... I was quite impressed... I actually had about 3 people I was trying to decided between and I had a friend over and I asked for her help because she has written some great stuff for college and I wanted her opinion... she looked at the article and said "oh my god... I don't even write this well!" lol!!! Keep in mind though ... it is technical English....

You can hire Filipino writers on a per project basis, too.
Remember though that writers' skill levels are not all the same. This is true of writers all over the world.

If you want to hire for just one project I would make sure you let them know what all the details of the job are and how long they will be working before hand... just like if you were getting a new job :P

This is an awesome post, I listened to the audio from John Jonas last night. At that stage I hadn't found this thread on the forum, its great to get someone else's perspective of his product.

I was also in contact with Clayton yesterday in awe of what your girl was doing for you. After watching the videos above I think I will get it for a month at least. (obviously through your link!)

Did you use any of the training from John Jonuses product at all? Business in a box maybe?

Have you noticed a major increase in sales since you have had someone working for you?

It's been about two months since I started and I had her working on a new site for me right off the bat. My plan is to get at least 2 sites done a month. That includes all the social media sites, AMA automation, and blog post back linking. While I have seen a wonderful increase in my sites visitors I haven't yet seen an increase in sales. I personally think it is too early for this assessment. I will say that my sites bounce rating has decreased to around 40-50%. It has been up on my previous sites to about 75-90%. I think the decrease is in part due to my sites content. I have a LOT more content on my sites now because I am no longer doing the content work myself.

I did use business in a box! There was some other tutorial on twitter(which I wasnt using previously) that I used. I think the system at replacemyself.com is awesome if I had more then one employee it would help me keep track of them. Unfortunately at this time I can't afford more then one. I think once my sites get rolling a bit more I will pick the subscription back up and hire a few more employees. Maybe one for keyword research and another for site posting. This whole process can be automated. The opportunities are endless!

Clayton e-mailed me a few weeks ago asking a few other questions about hiring someone. I was happy to make a few extra videos for him. If you have any other questions PM me and I'll be happy to help anyone. As I was telling Clayton, the jing training at replacemyself.com is also wonderful. I use jing for everything now.... I should have used jing for this post here but I didn't intend to write so much.... *sigh* I ramble :P
