I'm worrying about my bounce rate.
The site is one month old and so far I have got 279 unique visitors in 17 days since I started tracking.
Bounce rate is 80% and in last 3 days its 91% with 57 unique visitors.
My traffic is mainly coming from Google and people are arriving on Broad Keyphrases, actually I think the keyphrases are very relevant to my content.
I got the content written from a high quality article service.
Is it possible my site design isn't relevant the niche?
It seems that people leave the site even before the start reading the content!

really the numbers aren't high enough to tell. Also, bounce rate will apply to anyone leaving your site from the first page they visit within 20 seconds. if they are clicking your affiliate link at the top of the page, it will be high, but they are going where you want them to go.
I find that i get a bounce rate of 60-75% on most of my affiliate sites. Still, you really don't have enough traffic to really judge it well yet. I would focus on driving more traffic and get 100 200 unique visitors/day before worrying about your bounce rate.

Sometimes the higher the bounce rate the better the conversion rate - I have a site that has a 42% bounce rate - Google loves it, but it is also my lowest converting site! My site that has a 86% bounce rate is my highest converting.
But as James said - you need more traffic to get a better indication of what your audience is doing.

As been said, need more traffic coming to see if it's a trend. I had a site that started off at 80-90% bounce rate, then came right down to 30-40% just over a few months when I increased traffic.
Another thing is, do you have lots of ads or links or anything that seems a bit unnatural on the fold of the page? Anything that may make people click away? But only address this if your bounce rate is high AFTER getting more traffic.

Thanks guys,
I agree, I should wait for more traffic.
I changed the site design and the bounce rate seems to be getting lower!
Anyway, the site got the first 2 sales today, $105.32 :)
