Setting up an Affiliate Program

I am promoting green energy, I have found many manufacturers of solar panels and windmills. None of them have an affiliate program yet. I not sure what to charge, I quoted one 7%. How do we set up an affiliate link that I'm sure he'll honor? Do they have to enroll with clickbank or can it be done independently?

You mean you'll be getting 7% commission? That's way too low! And if they do not have an affiliate program in place, how will your sales be tracked? Best wait till they have an affiliate program and/or have signed up with an affiliate network.
There are many green energy products on clickbank that you can promote and it won't be for only 7%.
