Update, the site is sold. I have sold it for the asking price of $500.00. As long as I receive payment as promised it is a closed deal. If the person who PM'd me first has a change of mind, the second person on the list will be contacted.

It was created in April. First sale May. You can actually read my information of how it progressed in this forum. Sometimes it would go 300/400 for several months in a row, then 150,200, then over 400. From May to Dec. I believe it earned somewhere around 1,500.00.

Just reporting on this site I bought from Smuigal. I got my first sale!
