Hi guys,
I'm getting ready to sell a site I no longer have an interest in further developing. Does anyone have some good instructions about how to bundle up your word press blog for transfer?
Thanks,
Carl

Hi Carl,
This depends between you and the buyer so before agreeing with the sale, you need to iron these out. Most web hosting allows you to download a back up of your website and you then give this to the buyer so he could upload it to his webhost. You then switch the nameservers to the buyer's webhost, if the domain is included in the sale.
Hope that helps. Have a good day!

Yes, Flippa is the best place to sell your website but even they do not have specific information or guidelines on how to transfer the website over to the new owner. Quoted from their FAQ:
When and how the transfer of the website goes depends on the two parties.
The details of how you'll collect payment, and how you'll deliver the property to its new owner, are up to you to negotiate with the winner. We recommend that you work out these details with the seller before accepting a bid.
When and how the transfer of the website goes depends on the two parties.
