I checked on my website this morning and it said "Oops, That wasn't found" So I went to my wp-admin and all of my posts and pages are gone. Since I am sure that I have never backed anything up is there anything I can do?

It works now. I typed the problem into Google and after some searching a few people had said to contact you host. So that is what I did. It did not take the guy that long to get it fixed up. This seems to be a problem that happens to more people than you think.

Now that you've had this scary moment I would suggest backing up your website. Just to be safe. Glad you got it all back though, that'd be very upsetting.
