Newsletter going in Spam Folder

hi guys, how do you go about that problem.. i tested my newsletter email and found out that it goes to the spam folder both for yahoo and gmail.. and probably to other email client/services as well.

I'm guessing it's because of the flirt/flirting word in my domain (?)

The problem shouldn't be in your domain, it should be some words in your email.
Try to:
1. change your subject
2. delete a part of your email and test it again, if it still goes into spam folder, restore that part, then delete another part and test again
3. sometimes there are domain names that counted as spam, so if you write a web address in your email, try to remove it and test it again

Hope that's help

Are you using aweber?

What was your "spam score?"

I am sorry about your problems but love a mystery.

I would love to have your url to sign up for your newsletter to see if I could figure it out.

I have google and yahoo accounts.

I wonder if it not your URL but the sent from email address. Are you useing a public email address? If you had a non public return email address through your host would be better.

The filters look at public email address with suspicion becuase thats what spammer use.

You have to adapt it the cheat the spam filter.
Also mark as not spam the email.
Still if many people marked it as spam ... change the address.

I think there might be some words which system detect as a spam. You can resolve it by domain or subject of mail.
