Good news and bad news - well actually, for you guys its all good news :)

My offline online business is starting to take off (yay!) and I no longer have the time to put into my affiliate site (boo) but I also do not need the $100 - $300 a month that I am getting from it (yay!) especially seeing as I know that it can do so much better!

It is set up to promote 4 ClickBank products but I have only seriously started promoting 2 of them. With more than 75 products on ClickBank and over 10,000 products for this niche available on Amazon it is one of the best 'hair on fire' buying crowds that you are going to get!

It has 32 really high quality unique content posts, 5 pages and 7 categories, a page rank of 1, over 9000 backlinks from articles and video, is fully SEO'd according to the Affilorama teaching and is two years old so is ripe for the 'tweaking'. In fact to build this site yourself will take hundreds of hours or thousands of dollars if you were to outsource it.

You get two domain names, the exported WordPress file and 5 supporting Squidoo lens' all you have to do is change the affiliate links and keep promoting it. Even if you nothing else you will make your money back very quickly!

Tweak the content and add more products and the sky is the limit!

Thanks guys - yeah it is bittersweet, but I am really loving what I am doing now (setting up WP sites for small businesses) a skill that I have learned to do thanks largely to the training that I received here. It is great to get a good income AND be able to give back to the community.

This is a great site though and it is priced to give someone else a leg up :)

Thanks to everyone who took interest - I only listed it for a week so it passed in, but I have relisted it. If it doesn't sell this time, I think that I'll just take it off the market. An extra $2000 a year without doing any extra work can't hurt the budget right? ;)
