OK so I signed up for Elance today and just to check that the payment went through I logged into my bank account. They charged me 3 times for the amounts of: 7.94, 2.06, and 1.00. This might not seem like a big deal to everyone, but it is to me, because every penny adds up. Would you suggest that I contacted Elance and explain this to them?

You might want to double-check which services you signed up for, if you're a worker. Elance charges different amounts based on worker subscription services.

If you're an Elance employer, you might want to review the site's help files and TOS, as Elance charges a non-refundable $10 to set up your account and several other miscellaneous fees as well.

Hello, the problem is solved. I was refunded my money also they said. I just told them I wasn't serious enough yet which is what the $10 is for and they closed my account.
