Cannot Submit Articles to AMA

Anyone else having a problem with being unable to submit new articles to AMA?

For the past two days when I try to add a new article to the system it informs me that the word count is 0 and that articles must be at least 300 words (despite the fact that my articles are 500-600 words).

I tried to submit a support ticket but the submit button on their technical support system did not work.

Is anyone else experiencing this or is the universe just conspiring against my personal SEO efforts?
