I just want to let everyone know about Ben Shaffer, I receive emails and pitches from him on a daily basis.

Well a while back i recieved an email for a SEO video he was offering. I decided to buy this video, it was about $27.00 or so and I have yet to recieve the video. Its been months and Ive even contacted him through email and his website and have yet to recieve a reply.

So we all know how he is making his money!!!!!!!!!!!

Makes me not trust anyone! Crooks make it hard for honest people in this world!!!

Thought Id let all of you know and if any of you have had the same problem please bring it to the light!

Ben is actually um... well, I don't think he's a crook. But I had some real problems with the support desk a while back. I don't know the cause, but I did get it sorted out and I got a refund without any quabble. The problem appeared to be with the support desk.

The way I got through was I asked a friend to register for me and submit my query. That did it. I got my refund after that.

If the link above doesn't get you results, try my route and see that gets you through.

Aww, yeah. People don't go building themselves big reputations just for a quick $27.

We get that sometimes... someone has a problem and they don't receive a product, or they ask for a refund and we don't get it processed that minute, and suddenly it's all OMG! SCAM!

Naaahhh. The worst attack you can leverage against guys like this is "dude, your support sucks!"

It's reason enough not to buy again, but it doesn't equate to scam, just like having a bad relationship with your phone company doesn't make them a scam :)

I don't have any affiliation with Ben Shaffer, but I bought a product from him a couple of months ago, and everything went smoothly.

The guy was kind. Plus he is a pretty good affiliate as well (I know because I've already seen his name next to mine in an affiliate promo on the leader board).

And as Aletta says, I think you made a pretty big statement in your headline.

Did you try to call him? (he has many websites, I am sure you can find his number)

From my experience, the dude isn't a scammer.

This kind of stuff always happem

Its been resolved... it was the help desk or support desk... I guess you can trust him and his services just be sure you keep up with all your info and support tickets. Thanks and sorry for being frustrated but the problem was resolved.

Great to hear it's been resolved, but next time, make sure before you tell others not to trust someone.

You can hurt other people and you don't know it.

Imagine you have a website and others post that you shouldn't be trusted? And what happens when hundreds or thousands of people see your message on the net?
