Auto Responders: Which one should I choose?
I have had a budget Auto Responder and want to switch to a new one and where to go is the question.
In the running are;
A Weber
Get Responce
Traffic Wave
Would love some feedback or does it really matter once you go with a professional responder?
Thanks

We recommend Aweber but GetResponse is also good:

Can't find any feedback on Traffic Wave. Sorry :(

In all fairness, the link given above is from 2008. The same forum also includes some good information on TrafficWave.net as do a number of other marketing forums.
One good resource for doing your own research is via an organization known as Return Path.

There's also a fairly new one out called Mad Mimi, that looks pretty interesting. Not that new (about 3 years old I think) but just getting more known.
It's main attraction is that it is very easy to set up themed emails that match your site. And they give a free account for mailing up to 100 subscribers per month as many times as you want. They have an Autoresponder addon (called "Drip Campaigns") at $5 extra a month that you can add once logged into your account.
Also, Bizpack Pro is a pretty good installed script on your own site (no monthly fee). Just can't recommend BizPack's "tell a friend" add on feature -- as it caused me to get our site temporally suspended when hijacked by a spammer.
