We've had a few suggestions for a "glossary" to be added to the site, sooooooo...

What are the words/terms/concepts that have most befuddled you in this course? I'll get the ball rolling with a few pretty basic ones...

 when i first started i didn't even know what a page title was just <title> I had no idea what it actually looked like but now i know its that thingy on the very very top and is the title of your page.

 Aletta can you also add active links and inactive links its terms found in ezine's editorial guidelines that doesn't make sense to me because to me an inactive link is a link that does not work.

 just to let you know that were not just collecting words - we do actually intend to create a glossary on this site for your reference.

 yeh link juice is an odd one, i wasnt sure it would be accepted into the standard seo vocabulary but it seems to have stuck! good addition!

 anchor text.

I thought I lknew what it was and just read my Ezine newsletter and it's talking about anchor text in the body of the articles which I thought wasn't allowed, so now I'm wondering if anchor text is what I thought it was?

Oh and I just watched one of the webinars on the blog and they are talking about JV's. Got a vague Idea but seemed to have missed the explanation.

 Well like all good ideas, things take longer than you expect but we're pretty much ready to roll this one out - expect to see the affiliate marketing glossary live on affilorama.com any day this week ... possibly even tomorrow!

I'm expecting that I won't sleep well tonight out of nervous excitement ... :p

 The glossary does run on a database, which is the best way to keep something like this organized, particularly when you're adding, editing or removing words.

Then you can use a front-end built on something like PHP to deliver the data in a presentable fashion.

I had been doing a similar idea a number of years ago (long hand) on basic computer terminology. One idea I had that I would have loved to have pulled off if I could have figured out how to it at the time was if I had a word in the site, it would link to the definition. Doing that by hand would be a pain, but if it could be done with a script...
