Mark, that was interesting and informative video particularly as the topic you chose was the niche I am in. I do no PPC advertising at all but I am an affiliate for products related to this niche so maybe Affiliate Elite would be a good purchase for me.

Being so relevant to me, your video gave me one or two ideas about how to find out more about my competition - even though my Google ranking is very high. Like they say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer still and these two tools will enable me to do just that without them even knowing. Could be fun.

I want to win this lol. I always use Traffic Travis(competition ads and keyword ad analysis) to research profitable ads/keywords and see what strategy other affiliate using (direct link, review page or squeeze page) so I can ethically “copy” their proven blueprint, make it better and get a piece of the pie

The reason I want affiliate elite is to cut spyfu.com monthly fee..

If Traffic Travis add more feature like affiliate elite.. then I don’t have to buy/win affiliate elite.

Traffic Travis is great and have the basic feature for researching competition but I must say Affiliate Elite does the job better.

Do I want more money or more detailed stat? I want more detailed stat to make more money

I will use affiliate elite to research money keywords and build a content site around it. Proven, profitable keyword + Free search engine traffic is the GOAL.

Hi Mark,

here is my plan: I will use keyword elite to locate approximately 100 highly searched for and highly bid for keywords.I will also locate another 100 medium search volume keywords but with lower bid rates.I will cross check with google external tool and yahoo (overture) tool also. I will then put Affliate Elite to the test and analyze existing campaigns others have created based on these keywords.Will take into account the number of days campaigns have been running,the position,keyword search volume and bid rate.After locating profitable keywords and campaigns using Affiliate Elite…I will create my intial list of approximately 100 keywords.I will create a website initially consisting of approximately 25 webpages but totally unique content based on these keywords.I will make variations of the content and submit it to the top article directories.Will also search for some good and related PR ranking websites and submit posts using variations of content to get high PR link backs.I will try to ensure that all content is unique.While creating these keyword focussed page,I will follow the guidelines that Google spells out in its adwords resources section on creating quality landing page.Next I will locate some good affiliate products and CPA programs that i can plug into the site(Affiliate products can be located using Affiliate Elite).Once the site is up and running, I will create adword campaigns targetted to each keyword focussed page and its products/cpa offers.I am very positive that using the more advanced features of Affiliate Elite such as the reverse google search feature, locating super affiliates feature and others, I could study their websites and campaigns and tweak my campaigns to ensure that I make the money back well within the 60 days.

For me, as I just started not lomg ago in this area, this tool will sure help optimazing my campaigns. Instead of spending days (and $) finding out what what is the right keywords, finding out what other affiliates are doing, bid on their top keywords, will improve my results. ( If you can’t beat them, join them).

Hi Mark - well, as someone in their 60’s I need to supplement my pension and therefore I have decided that information products are the way to go for me. I have already published my first eBook and am in the process of writing my second.

However, having spent a lot of money on Adwords PPC in the past to publicise my first eBook’s landing/sales page (which I can ill afford) I “think” Affiliate Elite would help me substantially, particularly in finding new eBook subject matters to write about, but more importantly to
then find those keywords that are profitable on those subject matters by using the features you’ve elaborated on in your video like “analyse Adwords Competition” and “Reverse Google Search”.

Hi Mark thanks for the video. I think the only constraint to utilising the awesome power of affiliate elite is finding enough and sometimes hidden profitable markets.

I would therefore use Google’s “site snooping” tool, found under the keywords tool at Site related keywords and analyze the top 10 competitors in the natural and paid search engine rankings.

I would then use all the relevant keywords derived from this source in addition to the ones found by Keyword Elite and run project 3 (Analyse Adwords competition) within Affiliate Elite as depicted in your video to find even more potential hot keywords.

This data can be of great significance when optimising for both Adwords campaigns and Adsense.

Mark,

The main way I will use Affiliate Elite to increase my profits is 60 days, is to actually seek out affiliates for my niches. Some of them may not be aware of cross promotion with their affiliates. So there can certainly be JV’s aplenty. Currently I work with JV Brokers and while it is a profitable relationship, when they do broker a deal for me, I pay them 25% for their efforts. I’ve started to build my own lists, but Affiliate Elite will allow me to increase my profits 100%.

Very interesting video and awesome tool. I can see much of the potential but I am so new and don’t know what I am doing yet, that it also has a potential to get me into trouble. I think I’ll wait a little and get at least a little more than basic understanding of the processes before jumping into the fray. I have no experience at all, at this time, but will soon, maybe within 90 days. Since you’ve closed your doors, I’ve had to go to another member training site, but I still look forward to your re-opening and participation in your forum.

I’d definitely use this, hire someone to trackdown all the affiliates in one of my niches and then try to get them on board as an affiliate.

I started reviewing online affiliate income streams beginning with with Chris Carpenter, at the time I found it very daunting. Too much information and not enough detailed quality of information. Then I came across Affilorama. Before Affilorama I found the best way to earn income was to learn more and withold it and insure it from loss…I always felt that I didn’t have enough information. Learning from other’s mistakes has been my process but it has held me back from making profit..I haven’t got enough upfront capital that I can afford to test and potentially lose.

Given that affiliate ad work is in its infancy online techies who are aware of end-user marketing concepts are only beginning to create the kind of software we need… that will assist a novice to start earning without considerable loss whilst in their learning phase.

Yes, I agree this is one of the better tools to begin affiliate analysis of profitable keyword searching and given more time more detailed software will be developed. The best aspect of this software is the ability to analyse keyword profitability whilst, linking back to the source competitor and the maximum bid price which is paid by them for each keyword.

Well done to Brad Callen for pursuing ease-of-use for the affiliate marketer who most of the time feels blindfolded in the field. The use of Spy-fu as another member mentioned before, became costly when it came off beta, paying these membership costs, plus setting ppc and ppa limits all adds to running costs instead of profits and can be a deterrant for newbies…and why deter newbies there is enough of an online marketplace for everyone to get their fair share.

I would like this software to take up the challenges that I know affiliate marketing will bring, but at least I would have a heads up on use of keywords in the marketplace before I start floating cash on campaigns that I cannot afford to lose.

I’d use the software to find out profitable clickbank affiliate programs (option 1).

Then I’d go ahead and find out all the keywords used by the website owner of the affiliate program that I’m trying to promote by reverse google searching it in Affiliate Elite.

After that, I’d set up my own targeted landing page site (promoting the affiliate program), complete with relevant articles on other pages (with a small link from my page, just so that google spiders my site and sees there is a lot of unique, relevant content).

And I’d then go to adwords and yahoo and bid on those keywords and start tracking my results!

I’ve already got a copy of Keyword Elite (it is fantastic) so this isn’t an entry in the contest, I just thought I’d put in my answer for fun!

Hey Mark, that’s a very interesting tool. Here is how I would use Affiliate Elite.
I have a brand new product related to affiliate marketing
coming out soon. I would use affiliate elite as a means to find out more information on potential affiliates that could promote my product. After finding the super affiliates, I
would then try to get their contact information and send them
a persuasive email, getting them to promote my product. This
as a result, would send my profits sky high, making a lot more than the amount I paid for Affiliate Elite within 60 days.

WOW, this is going to be a very, very powerful tool for me. Currently I’m just breaking the standard wage mark with my affiliate marketing efforts, I consider myself to be a ‘conservative affiliate marketer,’ I’m never going to spend $2000 testing keywords on a hunch, without some sort of extensive research.

Up until now, I’ve been using wordtracker and Traffic T together to build my own reports on specific keywords and future markets….. a very boring task….. I think Affiliate Elite will cover this entire process, and make reporting easy as I can simply watch what Keywords are dropping off and what ones specific sites are keeping…. WITHOUT SPENDING HOURS SPREADSHEETING IT ALL!!!! This will mean I can use my time to build reports and a plan for 4 or 5 markets rather than spending hours each week researching just 1.

This is my plan of attack: Choose 5 niche markets, checkout the affiliate sites promoting each product and use the keyword gather tool to see what sites are bidding on a tighter group of keywords (I figure a site that has a smaller list of keywords keeps a closer eye on their PPC accounts, thus will be more profitable.) I’ll run a scan each friday for the next 8 weeks to checkout what keywords are staying, what ones are going etc. Then it’s time to build my site and get in on the action…. SIMPLE

My “Quick ‘n Fast” plan (as an affiliate):

Step 1 - Choose a hot, high-gravity, high-converting, high-selling, proven-to-sell
product, in a non-IM niche, on Clickbank. Eg: Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Step 2 - Now, use AE to check out what the affiliates of Fat Loss 4 Idiots
are doing. (This is why I chose CB, because it seems that AE can only track
CB affiliates for now. It’ll be even sweeter if they can track what
cj.com or azoogleads.com affiliates are doing)

This’ll take time, but try check out the affiliates who are doing great
with that product. Basically just click on each of the websites of the
affiliates. If the design’s good/wording’s good, they’re probably doing well
(just an assumption, we’ll confirm it on the next step).
See EXACTLY what they’re doing, take notes of their website, etc.

Now, if you have a really good affiliate(and know their cb username)
in mind, well, ya know what to do don’t cha?

Step 3 - After doing step 2, now we’re going to see what the keywords on their sleeves.
AE provided “Find keywords being bid by a website”
tool. Now it really can’t be any easier. Just use this tool on the
good AFFILIATES’ websites and see the keywords that they are bidding on!

Step 4 - Now we’re going to confirm whether or not they’re making money with this.
Use the “Spy on Adwords/YSM” tool using the keywords those guys are bidding
on. Just use the knowledge you guys already knew from ’spying adwords competition’.
The longer they are advertising on the keyword, the more money they are making.

It’s PROVEN to sell!

Step 6 - Go to adwords, load the keywords, divide into adgroups, etc,
and probably word the ads according to HOW the good affiliates word
their ads. If you have some money to blow, bid HIGH, really high.
Ya know it already converts, right? You just don’t know the conversion
ratio, but then again, it’s probably converting well.

Step 7 - Make $$$! Track your sales and conversions of course. Use some
keyword tracking tools such as keyword radar or xtreme conversions. Now
you know all of ya sales alright?

Step 8 - Tweak, track, yada yada.

Step 9 - Do the same thing for other products. You should make $1000/day
really soon.

The timeframe:

Step 1: A few minutes (just choose a high gravity cb product with low refunds)
Step 2: One day or more
Step 3: A few minutes/hours by using AE
Step 4: One week (analyze competition) (During this one week do the
same thing for other CB products)
Making Money: Day 8 and onwards..

Okay, just a few notes about AE:

1. You can check out how other affiliates are doing. All ya need to do
is hack into the merchant’s account and see all other best-selling/converting
affiliates. Or pay the merchant some $$$ to show you that data.
Uhh.. just kidding of course.

2. Now, other than using AE to look for bidded and converted keywords, you should
also use the converting keywords and see the organic listings. See how many
competition there are. Plan to build a mini-site/blog optimized for
those keywords in the future. Can be easily done by using some keywords
tools/website generators (use a good one of course). Or outsource the work
with the money you already have.

3. Always build a list even if other affiliates don’t.
Then you can contact the prospects again and again to help them, and at
the same time making some more sales.

- Using AE I would use the “research profitable markets tool” to find what affliate products are the hottest and most profitable. With this information I would already be well on the way.
- Using AE I would discover the hottest keywords to use and SEO my site for these keywords to drive traffic to my site.
- Using AE I would discover who are the super affiliates for my product and see what there site is like and use there site as a basic for the design of my site. With this information again i’m already at a massive heads start over what I would be without this information.
- Using AE I would use the reverse google feature to discover the highest adwords ads with the highest click through rates and use those as basic copywrite of what I should be saying in my google ads.

By using a plan that you yourself have devised through tried and tested proven results and by using a layout that I’ve found using Affiliate Elite as all the top super affiliates out there use with out a doubt I’d make hundreds if not THOUSANDS of $$$ in 60 days using Affiliate Elite.

Hi Mark,

One thing that hasn’t been mentioned yet is this little benefit. If you had your own product you could use Affiliate Elite to do a reverse google search and find the affilates of your own product.

You could use this information to either suggest improvements to their selling methods, by giving them tips based on the information you already know OR by finding the highest selling super affiliate of yours and providing tips based on their selling strategy to all your other affiliates!

This way within 60 days you could help improve the
conversion rates of your affiliate sites making you even more money in return!

The going rate is atleast 15% of the affiliate sales goes back to the owner of the product sooo if you had a product between $19 to $39 dollars you’d only have to make one extra sale a day, if you had a hundred affiliates making one extra sale a day you could an extra €16,700 at least every 60 days…

I think you can begin to see in what way I could easily make my money back hundreds over times over

Being fairly new to affiliate marketing, I have to say that one of the most daunting aspects of marketing was taking the plunge to successfully have the confidence of starting a PPC campaign without risking your hard earned cash.

I have checked out the reviews about Key Word Elite in the past and have always reckoned that I would have to get it one day. I think that day is close at hand. Affiliate Elite would have to be the latest Hot Product Tool.

How would I use Affiliate Elite?
First off I would definitely create a killer strategy in my niche,that allows me to implement a super effective AdWords campaign.combining Keyword Elite of course, as they go hand in hand.

Having access to something like this is not only going to make life a lot easier, but also highly profitable.But what I particularly liked is getting inside the heads of my competition so to speak seeing exactly what they are doing, how their Google, Yahoo or any other Adwords campaign is working. The exact key words they use and exactly how much they are paying per click and then stealing those keywords from under their noses. How good is that? This is just like being an undercover agent and being able to expose the competition for your own benefit. You would feel like James Bond doing some undercover spy stuff.

I will be looking a every single affiliate of the top gurus and getting an insight to exactly what they are doing,and promoting, getting into their sites checking their sales pages, and their maximum amount they will pay per click on their successful keywords. I will find out how long their campaign has run for and of course if it has run a while it means they are making money, so duplicate that success to my advantage.

Go forth Affiliates and multiply your earnings with AffiliateElite you will surely have paid for it many times over in 60 days

I do a little affiliate marketing but just have not broken the barrier to get into the five figure a month range. I am usually in the low 4 figures 2-3K a month which is not bad but my goals are to get in the 15-20K range. I have spoke with my affiliate manager several time and he has said that he has several affilites that do in commissions over $40K a month with about 15K in PPC which is not bad. They will not give me any other information but I have figured out who they are from doing other research thru their Alexa rankings. That much traffic will give you a very low number, so it is easy to find them. My manager says they spend about 20-25 Cents a Keyword and usually rank in the 4-6 range. I have not been able to spend 50 cents a word and be on the first page, so I know they are using different keywords than me. That is where this program will come in handy.
I will start with Reverse Google Search to find the words that they are using. After I get my inital keywords I will keep track of the other sites that are using the same keywords then go back and run those sites to see what Keywords they are using and keep doing this until I have all the possible keywords that are used in this industry. I have been told by different people the words are out there just keep digging. I would estimate that I will have 10-20,000 words by the time I am thru.

Then start tracking them thru project #3 Analyse Keyword Competition on a daily basis and also at different times like this program will do just put in the days and times you want and work out a schedule to see if they are running their Campaign all the time or just certain hours. Once I get them patterned I will make my move into the PPC market and go Big. I am hoping to be able to get to have about 60-100K clicks a month with a cost of .25 cents each which would cost me about $15-25K a month but my revenue should be about 40-60K a month. Once I find my best keywords I will then start optimizing on my website with those keywords in mind.
I should have this program cost paid back in a week or so depending on the cost.

How I plan on making over $176 (in fact THOUSANDS) using Affiliate Elite…

The Goal is:

“To make a new product that can compete against other products and take a part of the market share, or act as a supplement product for another product or idea that works well already on the market.”

Step 1) Find profitable markets to promote as an affiliate marketer and ‘Reverse Google Search’ the most profitable web pages on the internet.

• Find hot popular markets using AE and build a list of the hottest most profitable keywords that make the most money in Google Ads using AE.

• With this information you know what Ads make money – and what Ads to buy to make the most money (i.e. burning money to make even more money)! Not only that, you will also avoid LOSING MONEY on experimenting in the dark with the benefits of AE.

• Use AE to find the most profitable Adwords listings KEYWORDS on the internet for your particular product or affiliate related product. I would also isolate and remove, where possible, ineffective keywords that I have been using to promote my products in the past and concentrate on the highest ranking keywords that AE lists.

• Use AE to “Reverse Google Search” to find the Title AND the Contents of the MOST profitable Goggle Ads on the internet! With this information you have a basis of what you need to write in order to be successful and hopefully even improve on your competitors own ads! I’ll soon have the highest click through rates on the internet!

• Using this information I would have already made MORE than $176 by not losing out on biding on non-profitable Adwords!

Step 2) Start my own Ad campaign.

• Create a simple one page site marketing the top three selling products in my chosen hot market that I’ve researched in step 1 using AE.

• SEO my site using the top Keywords discovered using AE.

• Spend the next week promoting my three products using Goggle Adwords and the top converting ad blueprints I’ve discovered using AE.

• While the three top affiliate products are selling… build an opt-in email list and run polls to conduct market research on the products that I am selling. Keep an eye on the refund rates and the selling rates of the top three affiliate products in selling.

Step 3) Use this information to start developing a product which will better the other top selling products out there.

• Create a new product that improves on the three products I have been affiliate marketing and setup online sales page and an affiliate account for my product so other affiliates can promote my product.

• Use Affiliate Elite to get contact information of super affiliates in our market –including email, their name, phone number and snail mail address.

• With this information I could would start by contacting the SUPER AFFILIATES (the ones that sell the most products in my related markets) personally and invite them to take part in promoting my new improved product! OR I could pay someone to contact them using my pre-written sales copy. Since I know EXACTLY who to go to in order to market and promote my product, it’s a job that I wouldn’t even have to do myself, AE makes it so simple it’s just a job that involves time and someone to sit there and send out the information to prospective Affiliates. Even if I only got one affiliate every day and each affiliate sold an average of one copy a fortnight and each copy makes me 15% of the selling price €39.97, I’d easily make over $1438. After the first 60 days you’d have more affiliates and more traffic generating even more in sales. In reality I’d be expecting A LOT more sales off my super affiliate as these guys aren’t your regular internet markets. We all know the top 20% of guys make 80% of the money.

• I’d continue to grow my affiliate base using AE to get information on the commission rates of our competitors’ affiliate programs and approach the affiliates in our market to promote our product with a higher commission rate than our competitors (or another unique selling point, perhaps we have a better sales page, a better product with less refunds and the same commission, etc).
