[...] Hi guys, We’ve got a special guest post today from Marc Lindsay of PLRPro . Affilorama members will know Marc from his contributions to the Affilorama members area on SEO and private label rights article topics, and regular blog readers will know him from the interview transcript I provided a few months ago. Marc has made a video showing what happened when he removed some high-PR links from a site of his. The affect on his traffic and search engine rankings was pretty dramatic. [...]

First off, thanks Mark for the transcript. Hope your feeling better! It stinks being sick!

Secondly, Yankees, I completely agree with you. I think that it tends to read unnaturally as well when you have as many as 2-3% in your article...I also put something in the forums - http://affilorama.com/members/forum/viewtopic.php?p=636#636.

Thanks for the transcript, I'm learning lots, once again you've overdelivered!

Just got a quick question...

In the transcript, one thing that Marc Lindsay mentions is that 2-3 percent is a good value for keyword density. Does it really have to be that high? I've tried rewording documents to that high percentage and it seems to read funny.

What do others think?
