Sensible. This is really an easy way to use tables to do things. It makes things a lot easier for those who find style sheets difficult.
This is actually also useful for position of keywords on the site as they will be spidered...will improve rating.

Just a quick note to all the above people and future people who wish to comment on affilorama. I am no longer allowing people to have their url on their comment, unless the comment is very useful, or you are a regular commenter.

It just feels like the above comments are made by people simply to have their links to their websites, and don't really ad enough value to this affilorama blog in order for me to justify rewarding them with links to their websites.

I trust everyone can understand why I am saying this,

All the best!

Hi Mark, Thanks for the above article explaining how Google serves AdSense ads for sites that use tables. A lot of websites are designed using tables, including mine. Definately have to consider how you structure your site if you are using tables & using AdSense.

Thanks for your advice Mark - the info on how google scans the tables is very useful. The only thing is though that I thought the prime position to put Google Adsense (or anything that you want people to read) is towards the TOP LEFT of the page? I'm a real novice at this so I may have got this wrong. I'd be interested to hear your views. Thanks - David
