You can pay to get yor site listed faster and also get a review written for it faster.
Note: You don't have to pay to get listed or have a review written however paying certainly speeds up the process.

Currently there are 3 submission types,
Free: You don't pay a thing however getting listed can take a while.
Paid: We list your site asap!
Paid+Review: We list your site and write a review asap!

Once your have purchased one of the above you then use your Paypal transaction code in your program application listing. Imporant: Make sure you submit your transaction code WITH your listing, don't fill out the form and select free and then email later saying you paid. The transaction code only works for 1 listing and does not quarentee your site will be listed but we will review your application and if it's ok add it.
